How does the check-in and check-out process work?

Our reception is staffed 24 hours a day, so you can check in and out at any time. Rooms are available from 3 pm and check-out is possible until 11 am. To make the check-in process even more stress-free, we will send you a registration form in advance that you can fill out online. Late check-outs can be arranged upon request and for a fee. You can also check out conveniently online.

 

What are the LyvInn rooms like?

Our rooms combine functionality with comfort. With free high-speed Wi-Fi, a queen or twin bed, and a relaxing shower, they offer the perfect retreat for work and relaxation. If you are traveling with a baby, we provide a complimentary crib.

 

Do the rooms have a minibar?

There is no mini bar in the rooms. If you fancy a drink, you are welcome to visit the bar, which is open around the clock. There is a kettle in your room for a cup of tea or coffee.

Is it possible to combine two rooms with a connecting door?

Our rooms do not have connecting doors and therefore cannot be combined.

 

Does the hotel have an elevator?

There are two elevators available for our guests.

 

Are there special areas in the hotel for working and relaxing?

Yes, our Co-working Area provides an inspiring environment for creative minds. Enjoy the cozy atmosphere and exchange ideas with like-minded people while you work.

 

What is the catering like at the LyvInn Hotel?

We offer hot meals around the clock and a hearty breakfast with local specialties. Coffee, tea and juice to start the day. Breakfast is also available to take away for €6. If you’re feeling peckish, our bar is open 24/7 for snacks.

 

What are the breakfast times?

Start your day with a hearty breakfast. Breakfast is served Monday through Friday from 6:30 am to 10:00 am and on weekends from 7:00 am to 11:00 am.

 

Does the hotel provide special services for business travelers?

Yes, at LyvInn Hotel we understand the needs of business travelers and offer special services such as fast Wi-Fi and a quiet work area.

 

What is the best way to book a room and how much does it cost?

The best way is to book directly with us online. You can find the current daily rates during the booking process. But also keep your eyes open, we always have discounts and promotions to make your stay with us a bargain.

 

Can I bring my pets?

Yes, well-behaved dogs are welcome at the LyvInn Hotel. Please note that there is an additional charge for accommodating your pet.

 

Is smoking allowed in the hotel or in the room?

No, our hotel is a non-smoking hotel. Please smoke only outside the hotel.

 

Are there any special events or activities in the hotel?

Yes, at LyvInn Hotel we regularly organize networking events and other activities where you can meet other guests and network. We also have a game zone for fun entertainment. We also have a bike rental service. Rent a bike and explore Frankfurt at your own pace.

 

Can I buy the Frankfurt Card at the hotel?

Our team will be happy to help you purchase the popular Frankfurt Card on site and give you great tips on what not to miss in Frankfurt.

 

Are there any other amenities at the hotel?

You can look forward to an in-house bar where you can enjoy delicious drinks and good conversation in a relaxed atmosphere.

 

Can I leave my luggage at the hotel before I check in or after I check out?

We are happy to store your luggage for you so that you can explore Frankfurt a little earlier or a little longer. This service is free of charge,

 

Does the hotel offer a room or a laundry service?

We do not offer room or laundry service. If you would like a drink or a snack in the evening or at night, we are happy to welcome you to our bar.

 

Is the Wi-Fi in the hotel reliable?

Yes, our Wi-Fi is lightning-fast and reliable. You can easily log in to all areas of the hotel and get started right away.

 

What is the best way to get to the hotel?

Thanks to its excellent location at Frankfurt Messe, our hotel is easily accessible by public transport. From the main train station, it takes about 10 minutes by bus or S-Bahn. Alternatively, a walk from the main station takes about 25 minutes.

 

Is there parking for hotel guests?

There are 5 parking spaces for our guests at the hotel and up to 20 in Europa-Allee for €15. Only a 5-minute walk away.

 

Is it possible to change or cancel a booking?

If you booked directly with us, we can adjust your booking. However, if you have booked through a third party such as Booking.com or Expedia, any changes must also be requested through that platform.

 

What are my payment options?

You can pay your bill conveniently via a payment link or on site with a major credit card.

 

Can I buy a voucher for the hotel?

We currently do not offer vouchers.

 

Is it possible to arrive with a large group?
